Crisp Fall air, shorter days and leaves changing, Fall is just around the corner! Here are some tips to help get your home ready for the cooler temps.
.) Light up with Candles: In Fall, the sun sets earlier, so break out your candles! You can use traditional, scented or battery operated candles. Candlelight creates a tranquil atmosphere to help you relax after a long day.
.) Cozy Up your Family Room: Add blankets and pillows to your room that suggest a feeling of warmth. Swap out your linen/light weight pillows that are perfect for spring and summer to velvet or woven pillows for Fall.
.) Swap Out Summer Bedding: Exchange your summer coverlet for a warmer one such as a heavier down comforter. Just like you family room, you can swap out the linen/light wight pillows to velvet or woven pillows.
.) Add Seasonal Warmth to your Entry: Welcome Fall by adding some Fall accessories to your entry/front door. Think Fall when using a wreath, swag, door mat, or pumpkins.
